This policy explains how Delhi-Crest Enterprise ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you visit connect.delhicrestenterprise.com or use the connect.delhicrest software ("Service").

Information we collect

• Enquiry details you submit on our website: name, mobile number, email, company and your message.
• Account details of customers and their team members: name, email, role and login activity.
• Customer data processed on behalf of our customers: WhatsApp messages, contact names and numbers, templates, media and delivery statuses sent or received through the customer's WhatsApp Business account.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic logs needed for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

• To respond to enquiries, give demos and provide support (we may call or WhatsApp you on the number you shared).
• To provide, secure and improve the Service, and to bill for subscriptions.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use our customers' WhatsApp conversations for advertising.

Our role for customer data

For messages and contacts that customers handle through the Service, the customer is the data controller (data fiduciary) and we act as a processor on their instructions. Customers are responsible for having a lawful basis and the required opt-in to message their contacts on WhatsApp.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the Service — for example Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), our hosting provider, and CRM tools such as Zoho CRM when a customer connects them — and when required by law.

Security and retention

Data is stored on servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS); access keys are stored encrypted. We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to follow up and as required by law. Customer data is kept while the subscription is active and deleted or returned on request after it ends, subject to legal requirements.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to be contacted, by writing to care@edwinepc.com. Contacts of our customers can reply STOP on WhatsApp to opt out of that business's messages.
