Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing care@edwinepc.com or from your account (when available).
Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

First purchase: if the Service does not work for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of the subscription fee.
Monthly plans: after the first 7 days, monthly fees are not refundable for the current month.
Yearly plans: after the first 7 days, you may cancel and receive a refund for the remaining full months, less any discount received for paying yearly.
Meta's WhatsApp conversation charges are paid to Meta and cannot be refunded by us.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Upgrades take effect immediately (the difference is charged pro-rata). Downgrades take effect from the next billing period.
