Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of connect.delhicrest ("Service"), provided by Delhi-Crest Enterprise, New Delhi ("we", "us"). By subscribing to or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

connect.delhicrest is software that lets businesses use the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) by Meta: a team inbox, campaigns, automation, CRM integration and an API. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC / Meta Platforms, Inc.; we are an independent provider.

Your account and Meta

• You connect your own Meta Business account and WhatsApp Business phone number(s). You remain the owner of your number, templates and data.
• You must follow the WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies and Meta's terms. Meta may limit or block numbers that break them; we are not responsible for actions taken by Meta.
• You must only message people who have opted in, honour opt-out requests, and not send spam or unlawful content.

Plans and payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance, plus applicable GST. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice for renewals.
• WhatsApp conversation / message charges are set by Meta and paid to Meta separately; they are not included in the subscription.
• If payment is overdue we may suspend the Service after notice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send spam, phishing, illegal or harmful content, to harass people, or to try to break or overload the Service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and support

We aim for high availability but the Service depends on third parties (Meta, hosting, CRM providers) and may sometimes be unavailable. Support is provided by phone, WhatsApp and email during Indian business hours.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or actions taken by Meta on your number.

Termination

You may cancel any time; see the refund and cancellation policy. We may terminate for serious breach of these terms. On termination you can request an export of your data within 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
